PLACING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the Order Number. You can check the most current status of your order at any time.
As soon as your order is dispatched to your delivery adress, you will receive an email containing your Tracking Number.
You will receive your order within the delivery times selected at checkout.

Delivery times begin 2-3 business days after the order is placed, pending availability and credit verification using your preferred shipping method.

We are not able to combine multiple orders or make any changes to your order once it is placed online.
Due to international regulations, we cannot ship items made of exotic skins to California and other countries with high standars of border protection. DUTIES AND TAXES
International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. Our Online Store gladly accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date. We do not offer exchanges- but will gladly assist with a return and re-order.
To return the Products to Phialebel, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a replay with instructions on how to complete your return within 2 business days.
Once approved, you will receive and email with instructions. Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of arriving at our warehouse.
All handbags must be returned unused in original packaging, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. We are unable to accept returns on sale items and items purchased using a promotional code.
Please allow your financial institution up to 10 business days to post the refund yo your account.
If the consumer elects not to use the Courier used by Phialebel, Phialebel recommends that Consumers insure the whole value of the Product being returned, obtain and carefully preserve the shipping receipt and number. In this case shipping costs for returning the Products shall be born by the Consumer and Phialebel will not be liable for refunding the price of Products sent by the Consumer which have not been received by Phialebel as a consequence of loss, theft or damage not attributable to Phialebel.
